assalamualaikum everyone....

tengah buat apa tu? rileklah.. jangan teruk2 sangat study tu... ingat! dalam mengamalkan kaedah pembelajaran yang berkesan, perlukan cara yang sistematik dan teratur.

contohnya, setiap selepas 30 minit belajar, berhenti sekejap.. rehatkan otak...
kemudian sambung semula study... 30 minit kemudian, rehat semula.. begitulah aturannya sehingga tamat belajar..

so, apa kata release tension you all dengan tengok video yang saya upload tu?
