Now, for this chapter, we act as an accountant at the factory. interesting right? for your information, you just have to know and memorize the format of manufacturing account. the income statement/SOCI and balance sheet will be the same just like trading company.

3rd CHAPTER : CORRECTING ERRORS

In our daily work, sometimes we have done errors, especially for those who involved in accounting field, mistakes can be done without realizing those mistakes. we just noticed the mistakes when the trial balance is imbalanced.even the trial balance is balanced, sometimes the error is still occurred.

so, in this topic we will see how to correct the mistakes without erase/ delete/liquid the mistakes, but we correct the errors using ledger in journal. and after that we will see the effect of errors to your Income and Expenses Statement and Balance Sheet.

2nd CHAPTER- INVENTORY

this is the 2nd chapter for this course..... previously, we are given the amount for the ending inventory, but , now, you are required to calculate the ending inventory by yourself.

there are 2 systems in calculating the inventory, periodic and perpetual. and also there are 2 methods to calculate the inventory, which is FIFO method WAC method.
